Dr. Elizabeth Clark joins the Patek Lab

Dr. Elizabeth Clark joined the Patek Lab from Yale University, where she finished her Ph.D. in 2018 on the evolution of movement and locomotion in echinoderms and completed a postdoc where she reconstructed 3D morphology and function in key fossil plant taxa to illuminate major evolutionary innovations in plant evolution. In the Patek Lab, she will be applying her expertise in 3D biomechanical modeling to analyze the fastest organismal motions and to engineer the next generation of ultrafast synthetic systems. Welcome, Liz!
